Battle Creek Outdoors is dedicated to bringing you authentic hunting and fishing videos of game harvested on public land.
You may have noticed that some hunting videos seem a little too good to be true; you may have wondered why your new grunt call doesn't work like it did on TV; and you may have realized that big buck don't run to your location and stand still for 10 seconds to give you a perfect broadside shot. This may happen on fenced, private land; but how does that help those of us who hunt public property?
We know that real game smells us, sees us, hears us, and usually doesn't stand still at close range for very long. If they do stand still, it's usually about 5 feet short of our well-planned shooting lane.
